Lizette Morris | Senior Director, Strategy and Alignment

Lizette Morris (she/her/hers) is the Senior Director, Strategy and Alignment at CDP.  She is a Public Media neophyte but no stranger to diving into a new industry.  Her early career was in theater arts but in 2013 she began working in healthcare IT, dramatically changing her intended course and positioning her to gracefully stumble onto a career path that has allowed her to serve a wide variety of industries including Federal Government (Veterans Affairs), Audio Production, and Insurance. 

Lizette is passionate about promoting the benefits of rigorous experimentation, incremental iteration, and diverse collaboration. Her most rewarding experiences come through working closely with people and organizations, helping them understand the systems they're functioning in, and adding to their toolkits so that they can achieve the goals most important to them in ways that feel authentic, joyful, and sustainable. 

Originally from Southern CT, Lizette has called the Greater Boston area home since 2007. She lives in Somerville, MA with her newly adopted senior dog, Jasper, and stays busy powerlifting at the gym, tackling challenging cooking and baking projects, as well as making and attending all kinds of art, music, and performance events.
