Kelsey Nwosu | Director of Process Improvement & Key Initiatives

Kelsey holds the position of Director of Process Improvement & Key Initiatives at CDP. In this capacity, she and her team play a role in helping CDP meet its strategic goals through process improvement, vendor management, MSB station vendor implementation, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Kelsey joined CDP in 2011, bringing with her experience in membership services and operations. This background has influenced CDP’s approach to enhancing processes.  

Her work goes beyond just making things run smoother; it's rooted in a passion for the nonprofits and missions CDP serves. She finds her greatest fulfillment in driving these efficiencies that not only benefit our clients but also strengthen our critical relationships. Her leadership extends to managing teams with expertise in fundraising practices, including gift processing, donor relations, marketing, event management, volunteer training, financial reporting, database management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.  

Kelsey is a graduate of Suffolk University and holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification. She enjoys being active outdoors and spending time with friends and family. She lives with her husband and two children in Western Massachusetts.
