Nicole Ribaudo | director of Knowledge Management

Director of Knowledge Management, Nicole Ribaudo (she/her), first came to love public media while watching Julia Child, Bob Ross, This Old House, and more on her local PBS channel at her father's feet. Nicole has spent her 15+ year career creating and developing knowledge management tools and resources for a wide range of audiences.

Since joining CDP in 2018, Nicole leads the Knowledge Management team in designing, developing, and implementing tools to drive CDP and its clients' success. As CDP continues to grow, she plays a significant role in expanding opportunities for learning and development, with the most recent involvement being CDP's DEI initiatives and leadership development.

Outside of work, Nicole pursues her love for singing (currently searching for a band if you know of one looking in the Boston area), assembling jigsaw puzzles, and buying more plants than she should.
