CDP State of the System Q2 : Critical Insights You’ll Need This Fall

The CDP National Reference File is the largest collection of public media donors in one data set, comprised of 4.3 million donors and $167+million in transactions.

The insights that come from such a tranche are many, especially when put into context (the American economy, overall giving to nonprofits, television vs radio, and a peek into CDP’s thoughts on member ethnicity and diversity).

I, personally, am looking forward to CDP’s State of the System webinar for Q2 of 2021, Tuesday, October 19, 3pm EDT.  If you haven’t yet registered for the webinar, you can do so here.

Daren Winckel and Michal Heiplik will take an environmental scan of the U.S. economy, from consumer confidence to inflation to unemployment.  While 2020 was a great year for charitable giving, the Q2 numbers for public media are in flux.  We’ll discuss what this means from member and revenue retention to donor acquisition and how radio differs from TV in a number of metrics (hint: it’s a mixed bag). Most important, we will share actionable suggestions to your fundraising strategy that are based on data-driven insights.

With the corrections that we are seeing after 2020, this will be an important webinar to attend. Please join us on October 19th by simply registering here.
