CDP-surveyed stations agree that member discount programs enhance the donor relationship. Presently, stations are spending significant resources to deliver these benefits to members. All too often, a station facing financial hardship will make cuts in this area, an area that is critical to the growth of donor satisfaction and stability. CDP’s PerksConnect program was created to help stations find a lower-cost alternative to benefits currently being offered to members. Our goal is simple: create a national approach to member benefits, one that enables a station’s access to scaled pricing and valuable discounts for members, while maintaining the local focus for each market.
